Under current and forthcoming legislation, stemming from the European Water Framework Directive, every industry will be forced to look at how water is used and disposed of. Golf courses and sports stadia are no exception.
The European Water Framework Directive recognises that clean water is a precious resource that is finite. Water quality must be protected and improved for life on this planet to be sustainable. Water quality has deteriorated significantly in the last century and will continue to decline without intervention.
